Mihin tarkoitukseen tietoja käsitellään

Abucco on aluksille tarkoitettu ruokahuollon, ruokalistasuunnittelun, omavalvonnan ja muiden aluksen sisäisten seurantatietojen hallintatyökalu.

Jomaki Oy käsittelee henkilötietoja vain Abucco-palvelun toimittamiseen, lisenssin tarkistamiseen, asiakassuhteen hoitamiseen, laskutukseen, tukeen ja palvelun tietoturvan varmistamiseen.

Mitä tietoja Jomaki Oy käsittelee

Jomaki Oy voi käsitellä seuraavia tietoja:

• asiakkaan tai varustamon nimi
• aluksen nimi
• aluskoodi
• lisenssin tila
• lisenssin tarkistusajankohta
• asiakkaan yhteyshenkilön yhteystiedot
• tukipyyntöjen yhteydessä käyttäjän itse antamat tiedot
• tekniset lokitiedot palvelun toiminnasta ja tietoturvasta

Abucco-sovelluksen varsinainen käyttödata, kuten ruokalistat, varastotiedot, lämpötilakirjaukset, jätepäiväkirja, siivousseuranta, budjettitiedot ja muut aluksen operatiiviset tiedot tallennetaan lähtökohtaisesti aluksen omalle laitteelle selaimen paikalliseen tallennustilaan. Näitä tietoja ei lähetetä Jomaki Oy:lle, ellei käyttäjä itse toimita niitä esimerkiksi tukipyynnön tai varmuuskopion yhteydessä.

Käsittelyn oikeusperuste

Tietoja käsitellään sopimuksen täytäntöönpanemiseksi, asiakassuhteen hoitamiseksi sekä Jomaki Oy:n oikeutetun edun perusteella palvelun ylläpitoon, lisenssien hallintaan ja tietoturvaan liittyen.

Tietojen säilytys

Lisenssi- ja asiakkuustietoja säilytetään niin kauan kuin asiakassuhde tai käyttöoikeus on voimassa sekä sen jälkeen niin kauan kuin se on tarpeen laskutuksen, sopimusvelvoitteiden, kirjanpidon tai mahdollisten oikeudellisten vaatimusten vuoksi.

Aluksen paikallisesti tallentama Abucco-data säilyy käyttäjän omalla laitteella, kunnes käyttäjä poistaa sen, tyhjentää selaimen tallennustilan tai palauttaa/korvaa tiedot varmuuskopiosta.

Tietojen luovutukset ja palveluntarjoajat

Jomaki Oy käyttää palvelun toimittamiseen teknisiä palveluntarjoajia, kuten verkkopalvelun ja lisenssitarkistuksen tarjoajia. Abucco voi käyttää esimerkiksi Netlifyä sovelluksen jakeluun ja Supabasea lisenssitarkistukseen.

Tietoja ei myydä kolmansille osapuolille.

Tietojen siirto EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle

Palveluntarjoajista riippuen teknisiä tietoja voidaan käsitellä myös EU/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella. Tällöin Jomaki Oy pyrkii varmistamaan, että käsittely perustuu asianmukaisiin suojatoimiin.

Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

Rekisteröidyllä on sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti oikeus:

• saada tietoa henkilötietojensa käsittelystä
• pyytää pääsyä omiin tietoihinsa
• pyytää virheellisten tietojen korjaamista
• pyytää tietojen poistamista soveltuvissa tilanteissa
• vastustaa tai rajoittaa käsittelyä soveltuvissa tilanteissa
• tehdä valitus tietosuojaviranomaiselle

Tietoturva

Jomaki Oy pyrkii suojaamaan käsittelemänsä tiedot asianmukaisin teknisin ja organisatorisin keinoin. Abucco-sovelluksen paikallisesti tallennetun datan varmuuskopioinnista vastaa käyttäjä tai asiakasorganisaatio sovittujen käytäntöjen mukaisesti.

Purposes of Data Processing

Abucco is an onboard management tool designed for vessel catering operations, menu planning, food safety monitoring, and other onboard records and monitoring activities.

Jomaki Oy processes personal data only for the purposes of providing the Abucco service, verifying licenses, managing customer relationships, billing, providing support, and ensuring the security of the service.

What Information Jomaki Oy Processes

Jomaki Oy may process the following information:

• name of the customer or shipping company
• vessel name
• vessel code
• license status
• date and time of license verification
• contact information of the customer's designated contact person
• information voluntarily provided by users when submitting support requests
• technical logs relating to service operation and security

Abucco's operational data, such as menus, inventory records, temperature logs, waste logs, cleaning records, budget information, and other onboard operational records, is primarily stored locally on the vessel's own device using the browser's local storage.

This information is not transmitted to Jomaki Oy unless the user voluntarily provides it, for example, in connection with a support request or by submitting a backup file.

Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed for the performance of contractual obligations, the management of customer relationships, and on the basis of Jomaki Oy's legitimate interests relating to service maintenance, license management, and information security.

Data Retention

License and customer information is retained for as long as the customer relationship or license remains active and thereafter for as long as necessary to fulfil billing requirements, contractual obligations, accounting requirements, or potential legal claims.

Abucco data stored locally on the vessel's device remains on that device until the user deletes it, clears the browser's local storage, or restores or replaces the information using a backup.

Data Disclosure and Service Providers

Jomaki Oy uses technical service providers to deliver the service, including providers of web hosting and license verification services.

Abucco may use services such as Netlify for application distribution and Supabase for license verification.

Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Transfers of Data Outside the EU/EEA

Depending on the service providers used, technical information may also be processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area.

In such cases, Jomaki Oy seeks to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for the processing of personal data.

Data Subject Rights

Under applicable data protection legislation, individuals have the right to:

• receive information about the processing of their personal data
• request access to their personal data
• request the correction of inaccurate personal data
• request the deletion of personal data where applicable
• object to or request the restriction of processing where applicable
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority

Data Security

Jomaki Oy aims to protect the information it processes through appropriate technical and organisational measures.

The user or customer organisation is responsible for backing up Abucco data stored locally on the device in accordance with the agreed procedures.
